Your tasks...
- You work independently but closely together with your sales team members in UK, as well as important touchpoints at HQ/Stuttgart (Sales Indoor, Order Management, Marketing)
- You manage our internal sales activities in cooperation with the Sales Indoor Team at HQ
- The contact to our clients by phone or in person at our showroom is a key part of your role
- You focus on customer centricity: An active role in customer relation from the very first contact, consultancy, preparation of quotations, order and claims processing
- You represent Bachmann in our showroom, you check constantly stock levels to ensure deadlines are met and send out client samples
- Marketing support for local marketing activity in cooperation with the Marketing Team at HQ
