CASHPOINT is one of the leading names in the sports betting industry and part of the MERKUR GROUP, an internationally recognised company with over 15,000 employees. We operate in multiple licenced markets, both online and with physical shops, and have ambitious plans for further expansion. For this reason, we are looking for a Senior Flemish Speaking Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) who will ultimately have a supervisory role which is key to ensuring that agents on a day to day workflow, have additional support and channel delegation. Keeping an overview of the SLAs and relevant KPIs with the Team Leaders so that amendments can be made to ensure a success and KPI achieving department is maintained.
